Sean Sears

Sean joined radii as a partner in November 2009, assuming responsibility for website development, art direction, design and print production. Before coming here, he spent ten years at 10Best, Inc., where he was Co-Founder and Vice President of Product Development. His responsibilities there included development and maintenance of the 10Best product across multiple platforms (desktop, PDAs and Web-enabled phones).

He also served as the primary user interface developer and web/graphic designer for 10Best, including 10Best.com, and handled all development and design for the company’s solution clients, which included Radisson Hotels, www.priceline.com, Fairmont Hotels, AT&T Wireless, Amadeus Global and Accor.

Sean also played a key role in the concept, strategy, design and development of 10Best’s eCommerce startup, Unaira, which aggregates and delivers transactional products and services (10Best developed this product for Amadeus NA and then successfully launched it with Amadeus Global, while working closely with its offices in France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the U.S.)

Sean also adds to our collective healthcare marketing experience, having managed all print, collateral, identity and web design work for Columbia Health Care of Central Kentucky, a healthcare system with six hospitals (he did this from 1991 to 1996 as the creative director of a communications/design firm called Crystal Communications and then for three more years as creative director of the system’s in-house creative department).
